A nightgown made for wandering at dusk or catching the first rays at dawn - the Phaedra nightgown creates a floating, dreamy presence.
Inspired by Regency era nightgowns with wide-set gathered straps and gathered empire waist bodice, this timeless silhouette is reminiscent of romantic heirloom lingerie. The bodice is lightly lined and the waist is elasticized for extra comfort. And of course, the skirt has pockets to carry your small belongings.

This nightgown uses a romantic, vintage-inspired print called "Ophelia's Reverie" featuring Ophelia dreaming in a moonlit pond next to her rowboat and a variety of fragrant flowers. Drawn in a technique inspired by vintage illustrations in antique hardcovers, this print wears very black. Also available in Solid Ivory and in "Romancing the Moon" Sage and Midnight Forest.
Fabric Content
100% Lyocell Voile
Lyocell is an eco-friendly fabric made out of sustainably harvested trees and is the generic name for Tencel. The solvents that are used to break down the wood pulp is recycled repeatedly into the manufacturing process, significantly reducing wastage and pollution than one would find in the making of similar fabrics such as viscose or rayon.
The fabric is digitally printed using fewer pigments and water than used in dyeing, also resulting in less wastage and pollution.
Crafted from a Lyocell voile, this fabric is chosen for its ethereal lightness and breathability—an homage to antique heirloom nightgowns designed for comfort in sleep.
Over time and with washing, the fibers soften beautifully, enhancing the fabric’s fluid drape and delicate hand.
Garment Care
Machine wash (in cold water) and dry on delicate cycles or hang to dry.
Sizing
This style is available in sizes xsmall to 2X. Below are the body measurements that the style was designed to fit as well as the garment's measurements when laid flat. As we are just starting out, we have a smaller size range which we aim to expand with future recuts and collections.
It is recommended that the bust circumference in the body measurement chart below be followed to determine sizing.

Within 30 days of purchase, we accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached. For returns, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Sale items over 25% off will not be eligible for a refund.
